Molai Primary School [Lesotho, 11/08/2017]

The Malealea Development Trust is fundraising to build three new classrooms for this dilapidated school in a nearby village. About 150 students are currently crammed into one dark classroom and distraction is rife. I visited the school with a Solma fundraiser and MDT field worker. These photos were commissioned for the MDT’s website, as well as for a Solma donors newsletter, and a Solma Facebook campaign.

This hut used to be a supplemental classroom. The principal stopped using it this year because he feared it would collapse on his students.
