Albert Musi’s Conservation Farm [Malealea, 10/31/2017]

Albert Musi is the only man in Malealea who’s home has running water, and it’s due to a massive donga reclamation project done by his father over the course of a decade. He showed me around his farm and I interviewed him about his next project: he wants to build a solar-power-generating dam on his property. These photos were commissioned for the Malealea Lodge’s website, and for Musi’s own use for a grant application.
