Cultural Village Tour [Malealea, 10/30/2017]

The Malealea Lodge and the Malealea Development Trust partner to provide ethical tours of the village to visitors. I went on one of these tours. We visited a local hops beer brewer, the village chief (or Herd Man), a primary school, a preschool, and a craft store. These photos were commissioned for a piece on ethical tourism that I wrote for the MDT’s website, and for an activity description for the Malealea Lodge’s website.
